阳光明媚的一天，天道一家和早乙女父子享受着这惬意的时光。小茜在收拾房间时，偶然发现一本妈妈生前留下的笔记本，里面全是妈妈精心总结的菜谱，它包含了小霞和父亲、妹妹的所有美好回忆。小茜有感而发，想起了童年时代和母亲的约定。适逢此时，小霞姐姐感冒病倒，小茜自告奋勇担负起全家饮食的重任。虽然有妈妈的菜谱作后盾，但小茜做出的饭菜还是足以杀死所有人。众人各逞其能，指望逃过一劫。危急时刻，乱马（山口勝平饰）的妈妈突然出现，承诺为众人做出美味的饭菜…… 本片根据高桥留美子的漫画《乱马1/2》改编，系该动画的OVA版。。A psychological drama taking place during a day and a night in the life of a young family living in a beautiful house by the sea in the village of Sandur in the Faroe Islands.
