韩素瑛在丈夫于战争中身亡后，便在香港一家医院当医生，偶然在鸡尾酒会里认识美国新闻记者马克，才又尝到了恋爱的滋味。当两人正陶醉于爱情时，朝鲜战争爆发，马克也被派往战区工作，却从此一去不回。Mike and Danny fly a cropduster, but because of Danny's gambling debts, a local sheriff takes custody of it. Trying to earn money, they hitch-hike to the World's Fair in Seattle and, while Danny tries to earn money playing poker, Mike takes care of a small girl whose father has disappeared. Being a ladies' man, he also finds the time to court a young nurse.。
