少年馬山雁，武功高強，玩世不恭。某日因救高鏢師而開罪歐行武。鬧市中金鳳父被小偷騙去還給沙兄弟之款項，適馬路經發現，略施小計，將銀騙回，馬與金鳳兩人一見傾心。金鳳父因還款不足而被沙下毒手，馬將父女二人救出，但金父已死，金鳳誓要報仇雪恨。沙兄弟因馬屢次破壞好事而懷恨在心，後馬母病危，馬急回家，在路上中沙之陷阱被擒，而馬幸得高鏢師感恩圖報，願以生命作擔保，准馬回家十天。其實此乃歐和沙之一石二鳥鬼計，利用馬作餌，迫高自刎。但馬剛到家，便已被沙之人再擒獲。後馬與金鳳用計脫身趕回時，發覺高已身亡，至此才知中計。馬直搗沙家展開一場激烈的龍虎鬥，結果大仇得殲，馬與金鳳終成眷屬。。An insane man first loves then grows to hate his neighbor, an old man whose penetrating gaze unnerves the insane man.
