This documentary shows some techniques, essays and presentations by Nureyev. Rudolf Khametovich Nureyev(17 March 1938 – 6 January 1993) , Russian, was a Soviet ballet dancer and choreographer. Nureyev is regarded by some as the greatest male ballet dancer of his generation.。游侠杜孟飞（何家劲）奉师命下山闯荡江湖，途遇黑道中人捉拿沐龙门女弟子沐婉儿（关之琳），杜挺身相救，沐万分感激。未几，杜又见黑道中人围攻少女李赛男（惠英红），乃将之救出，孰料李反斥杜坏其好事，令杜啼笑皆非。及后，杜无意中听得一段二十年前的江湖恩怨，并得知黑道首领乃李之杀父仇人，而沐则是黑道首领失散了的女儿。
