律师城户章良（妻夫木聪饰）收到来自谷口里枝（安藤樱饰）女士的委托，她的丈夫“谷口大祐”（洼田正孝饰）在伐木现场遭遇意外丧命，而常年疏于联系的大祐的哥哥恭一在看到遗像后却说，这不是大祐，而是另一个人。里枝只能委托多年前帮她办理离婚的律师城户帮助调查，这个现实生活中的“谷口大祐”究竟是谁呢？。影片讲述了上世纪三十年代建立川陕革命根据地时期，大巴山农民付家林等人在党和红军的感召下，在斗争和战斗中成长，完成了从普通农民到坚强战士的转变，最后为革命事业付出了献血，乃至献出了自己宝贵生命的故事。。Louis is a brooding loner who lives with two large white dogs in a forest near the French-Swiss border.
