In the first episode of the second season we follow the steps to form an exile government, and the negotiations with EU and Russia in the wake of a military confrontation at a gas plant。以沉默的出租车司机「小户川」为主角，故事围绕在他与各种性格古怪的乘客之间，最终将联系到一名高中少女失踪的真相。。冢本晋也继《野火》再探日本战败岁月，借男孩足迹和目光，贯串两个伤痕短篇。先是女人与什么都没有的小酒屋，男人来找她为了更原始生理目的，一个总是说明天带钱来的士兵，连同独来独往的男孩给她片刻家庭的憧憬。其次是退伍士兵一段路程一个任务，男孩伴随看到他手臂残废身心俱疲。三个成年角色苦苦挣扎，未知能否走出战火阴影，男孩却默默四处找活子，找到了一把枪。冢本晋也简明直接叙事，在豚与军舰未到来时，查察人心底里存续的微弱火苗。。
