林安琪（易佳憓饰），钟宝贝（马䲰娗饰），汪云林（黄慧燕饰）是认识很久的死党。三人因在中学时无法实现英式女篮区域赛冠军的梦想，只好相约在大学时一起重新追梦。没想到事与愿违，云林居然考不进约定的大学，反而上了敌对大学，与安琪和宝贝成了竞争对手。。从小因父亲重男轻女，贞仁（申惠善饰演）在中学时就逃家自力更生，与家人断了联系。贞仁后来凭一己之力成为顶级辩护律师，在一次偶然中，她得知罹患老年痴呆症的母亲花子（裴宗玉饰演）涉嫌杀害父亲，同时还对不少无辜民众下毒手。 怀疑事有蹊翘的贞仁决定亲自出马，在层层阻挠下，她该如何为母亲翻供，揭开这个桩谋杀案背后不可告人的真相？。The film tells the story of three people for a year: a son (Magimel) diagnosed with cancer, a mother (Deneuve) suffering from helplessness and a doctor (Cécile de France) to do her job: One year and four seasons for these three characters to deal with the disease, to tame it, and to understand what it means to die while alive.。
