While Yaşar is dealing with the inheritance issue and his sister-in-law, he realizes that there are some strange events at hom...。董正业是众合工厂八级工、首席技师，为工厂效力多年，却因年龄和薪资被高层嫌弃，欲用徒弟陈阳取代他，甚至苛待羞辱让他做清理工。徒弟恩将仇报导致他被裁。徒弟接手后问题多靠借口过关，老员工随董正业跳槽被嘲。。故事发生在革命老区江西，五四运动前夕到大革命爆发期间，当地豪绅、镇长何八爷何念祖是一个满口“仁、义、礼、智、信”，面慈心恶的劣绅代表。面对天灾人祸，他表面上悲天悯人，实则趁火打劫，借机放高利贷、收购窑场、兼并农民的土地，陷广大农民、窑工于水深火热之中，阶级矛盾一触即发。。
