OVA 来自著名电影制作公司Cinematoday的消息，1983年到1984年之间在电视上播出的经典动画作品「装甲骑兵Votoms」近日召开了它的新作发表会，监督高桥良辅、五十岚紫樟、重田敦司、塚田廷式等动画主要工作人员悉数出场。担任主要动画制作的塚田先生说，最新作「装甲騎兵Votoms Case：IRVINE」「Votoms Viewfinder」「装甲骑兵Votoms 孤影再临」这三部作品，依然会是建立在原有动画的世界观上的原创动画作品，在以前的故事基础上对一些没有揭秘的部分作出进一步的解密。。2012年8月8日発売予定のコミックス第12巻DVD付限定版に収録のオリジナルエピソード。。I am awestruck by this movie.
