On the inside they must negotiate their place in the prison’s hierarchy and sometimes make new sexual choices.。主要讲述知名女主播艾玛与新晋村姑主播品如之间的姐妹感情。品如来自山村，为推广山货，拜艾玛为师，两人亦师亦友，艾玛悉心教导品如，参加直播大赛，突出却遭到前老板钱宝宝的离间挑拨，两人反目。在决赛赛场上，姐妹两人终于冰释前嫌，品如也顺利夺冠，两人组成组合“上头姐妹”，共同闯荡主播带货界。。这是一部由六名导演分别拍摄的六个小故事构成的影片。有关于鬼魂的故事，有一个尼泊尔人在韩国的种种遭遇，有介绍韩国女学生减肥的故事，那里说明了为什么韩国女人那么喜欢整容，因为这些跟她们的职业相连，还有介绍一个尿床的小孩，还有介绍一个残废的人，各种不同人物的生活，折射出了人生百态……。
