故事发生在戛玛戛玛水族馆之中，高中生海咲野心（伊藤美来配音）是水族馆的代理馆长，对于经营水族馆，她充满了热情，也非常喜欢水族馆里的动物们，然而，因为经营不善，水族馆随时面临着倒闭的命运。 宫泽风花（逢田梨香子配音）曾经以成为偶像作为自己的理想，然而，在经历了一系列的挫折之后，她选择放弃了理想，并且只身一人来到了冲绳，想要在这里疗伤。在冲绳，风花邂逅了海咲野心，两个女孩之间产生了真挚的友谊。在城市观光协会工作的久高夏凜（Lynn 配音）、经常会去水族馆帮忙的仲村櫂（土屋神葉配音）、水族馆的饲养员屋嘉间志空也（阿座上洋平配音），很快，风花就结识了这些好友们。。As the 8th season begins, nothing in the firm is as we remember. In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.。
