Now his followers have grown up and caused a w...。为了应对越来越复杂的恐怖行动，日本警方成立了独立于特殊急袭部队（SIT）和特殊搜查班（SAT）之外的“第3个S”——警察厅特殊急袭搜查组（NPS）。NPS以逮捕嫌疑人为立足点，在平息暴乱的同时，最大限度保证嫌疑人的安全。由于这个奇怪的特性，因此NPS从成立之初就和SIT等兄弟部队多有龃龉。当然在历次行动过程中，热血警察神御藏一号（向井理 饰）和从SIT转来的头号狙击手苏我伊织（绫野刚 饰）培养出别样的友情。某日，东京发生巴士劫持事件，神御藏和伙伴们立刻出击，然而劫匪的行为举止甚为怪异。与此同时，一艘装载着足以炸毁日本的核燃料的货轮遭到劫持。空前的危机考验着NPS的各位…… 本片根据小森阳一（原作）、藤堂裕（作画）的漫画改编，是同名日剧的电影版。。
