Sean hasn't met his girlfriend in three weeks, Vincent flirts with everybody, Lenny is too afraid to ask a girl at work on a date and Jody can't admit that she shows up at the cafe every night, although she was fired some time ago.。中国黑社会总盟主突然病危，全中国黑社会帮主云集上海，争夺总盟主的宝座。但在到达上海火车站时，竟然被三个小骗子骗走所有财物。三人本是好友，一向在火车站混日子，无意中被人误会是黑社会，把他们带到大本营--七重天大酒店。三人发现身处虎穴，准备逃走，不料发生了连串命案，酒店被封锁，三人无法逃走，只好躲藏在酒店之中，酒店中各帮主展开各种斗争，争夺盟主，而三人又因追求盟主之女，和他人发生纠纷，被人当成有名杀……。
