What we once stored in our memories is now being stored in our phones - what happens when these are made public?。马天与邪恶李博士合作，企图发明可怕传染病毒和疫苗来大赚黑心钱，未料在一次运输意外中将未成熟的病毒扩散在城市里，此阶段的病毒会选择有犯罪基因的人做为宿主，并变异人类基因成为暴恶兽人-欧克瑟。另一方面，科学家柯国龙利用大自然的四元素（火、水、气、土）能量，发明了四套超级铠甲（火焰铠甲拿瓦、海啸铠甲茨纳米、旋风铠甲驭拏多、晶钢铠甲酷雷伏），只有自然的四元素能量能消灭反自然病毒的黒能量。随着对欲望的走火入魔以及对暴恶兽人欧克瑟研究的进展，马天有了建立欧克瑟世界的疯狂念头；所幸，以端木燕为首的一群热血青年开始介入欧克瑟案件，成功阻止马天的计划。端木燕、马阔海、萧风、柯胜、马灵灵等青年一方面以科学推理的侦探精神协助警方将欧克瑟案件侦破，另一方面即利用超级铠甲的自然能量给予违反自然的可怕欧克瑟迎头痛击。。
