A British band are ordered by their unhappy record c...。詹姆士出走料理以尋找詹姆士私廚菜單為節目主軸，為了尋找記憶中的美味料理，詹姆士將帶領大家探索市場，品嘗在地美味、尋訪料理達人。並在節目中展現特殊食材的處理方式、嘗試新的醬料或是新的料理作法，製作創意料理料理教學，最後在節目片尾時作出一道詹姆士創意料理。。忠厚老实的老奎和儿子在改革的浪潮中下海了，开店不成，不甘心失败的老奎拿出积蓄买来一辆四十年代的“老爷车”开出租，但好不容易买回的车子竟然不能办理营运执照。这时，某特区的任总经理想用父子俩的车子开办旅游项目。父子俩在人生地不熟的特区，开着那辆老旧的汽车，上演了一幕幕既搞笑、又心酸的闹剧。。
