屡次遭遇求职失败的青年朴正九（卞耀汉饰），唯一的才能就是制作炸弹。一天，知道如何引爆炸弹的孝民（朴正珉饰）出现在朴正九面前，二人成为了绝佳拍档。而与表面上平凡普通、顺应社会的朴正九不同，孝民一旦“开始”便无法停下…...。Speedy" loses his job as a soda-jerk, then spends the day with his girl at Coney Island. He then becomes a cab driver and delivers Babe Ruth to Yankee Stadium, where he stays to see the game. When the railroad tries to run the last horse-drawn trolley (operated by his girl's grandfather) out of business, "Speedy" organizes the neighborhood oldtimers to thwart their scheme.。
