A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success. But the experiment goes wrong, and the man transforms into monster: half-shark & half-human. But the scientist knows how to use this to his advantage...。柳苍苍大婚之日，龙族至尊敖晨上门强行打断婚礼，将柳苍苍掳回龙宫，将她立为龙后，却依旧无法俘获他的心，无奈之下敖晨只能将柳苍苍幽禁，并下令封锁行宫，而凤族公主翎月却无视禁令闯入行宫，对她百般羞辱，触犯敖晨逆鳞，敖晨发现后大发雷霆……。故事围绕着两只在1961年的苏联时于监狱服刑的兔子普京和基廉列克。第二季则是说它们坐着抢来的车子逃狱时所发生的事。影片中没有任何对白，但有一些呼吸声、叫声的配音。。
