As a cinematic travelogue in a contemporary Istanbul, the film explores Komurciyan’s farsighted relationship with the concepts of looking, seeing, and viewing. In his book titled History of Is...。大哥全被副手青面獸偷去印製偽鈔的電版, 在追捕得青面獸後, 大哥全嚴刑迫供下, 得知電版藏於中山圖書館內的一本拉丁字典. 舒松因借此書, 成為大哥全追綜的對象, 大哥全派壞腦去搶奪, 卻被圖書館管理人員所阻, 空手而回. 大哥全再派飛天老鼠去舒家盜回, 天因蕭紅的拔刀相助, 飛天老鼠也一樣事敗而回. 舒松之父舒清意外地發現拉丁字典之秘密, 便與蕭紅聯手索取大哥全二千萬贖金, 究竟他們能否安全脫險呢?。
