肥招（曾志伟 饰）和凡秋（陈勋奇 饰）是一对从小一起长大的好朋友，但两人的性格却大不相同，肥招老实木讷，凡秋则浮华招摇。因投资不善，凡秋被高利贷逼得走投无路，幸亏有好友相助，才得以在肥招家中暂时栖身。此前肥招家里住着一个离家出走的叛逆少女阿君（陈淑兰 饰），凡秋随她出席某酒会，认识了美貌和财富并重的美女保莲（杨宝玲 饰）。以此为契机，他的事业初见起色，随后更和文静贤淑的女友莎莉（张敏 饰）分手，与保莲坠入爱河。 另一方面，害羞腼腆的肥招也开始喜欢上莎莉，在阿君的参谋下，他向这个失意的女子展开了感情攻势……。A project dealing with self-acceptance, food and media abuse.
