One by one, a whole group of dwarves drop in, and before he knows it, Bilbo has joined their quest to reclaim their kingdom, taken from them by an evil dragon named Smaug. The only problem is that Gandalf has told the dwarves that Bilbo is an expert bur...。故事发生在二十世纪初满清灭亡后军阀割据的动荡时局下，小小伍長狄奇(張衛健)，因一次拯救大元帥蒙大同，被連升七級成為旅長，从此负责管理昇威鎮。其他三位盤踞昇威鎮外圍的軍閥，氣得眼裏噴火，出尽暗招對付他，狄奇幸得三位出生入死的軍隊隊員馬炭(洪永城)、羅義(徐榮)、冬來兄弟(李嘉)同心抗敵，還威迫利誘敵對的武器專才顧落蘆(曹永廉)加盟，五人於昇威鎮才能站穩陣腳。可是，狄奇三位太太葉天嬌(譚凱琪)、艾妞(楊秀惠)及章沅婉(蔡思貝)在家中爭寵，沅婉更是革命黨員，狄奇明知其身份仍把她留在身邊，再加上軍營中有人野心勃勃，使昇威鎮危機四伏……。
