T his feature was granted the Critics Award of the Sitges Film Festival and was also selec...。主角·城茂的朋友沼田五郎为邪恶组织·黑撒旦所杀，为了复仇，城茂只身潜入黑撒旦的基地，并假装自愿接受改造手术，成为电气人。但因为手术时城茂偷偷拿掉催眠装置，所以他并未被洗脑。在向大首领宣誓的时侯，城茂趁机逃脱。 在逃脱的时侯，城茂救出了被改造成电波人的岬百合子，之后两人便与黑撒旦和迪鲁扎军团的奇械人、改造魔人展开了战斗。。叶子和LISA因为去不去救安静而产生分歧，结果被打晕的安静意外出现在安全屋，叶子坦白自己实为特工队长、安静和吴斌的直属上司。安静表示自己大脑已被R计划严重破坏，现在痛不欲生，希望结束生命。Lisa和叶子意外获得解药救活了安静。叶子和LISA参加最终赌局，混乱之下打死泰山老爷，发现被打死的泰山老爷实为替身。与此同时，安静救走了被当做试验品的吴斌，几经周折，终于将真正的泰山老爷绳之以法。。
