作为庆祝《宠物小精灵》系列25周年的纪念活动之一，The Pokémon Company 将于2021年9月9日起推出一系列全新动画作品《宠物小精灵进化》。故事舞台将横跨《宝可梦》世界已知的八个地区，叙述八位玩家熟悉的、有着不同信念与愿望的人们的故事。观众将透过一只皮卡丘的带领，在整趟旅程中探索至今为止无人知晓的宝可梦物语。。Set in 1863, Count Magnus tells the tale of the inquisitive Mr. Wraxhall who becomes fascinated by the long-dead founder of a Swedish family, who once made a strange journey to the Holy Land – on most unholy business。
