Joe系列动画续83年的A Real American Hero后，于1984年推出的5集单元的TV动画"The Revenge of Cobra". （眼镜蛇复仇记）2009年的特种部队电影版的故事就是由此改编而来。自从目睹妻子死于一场海难后，半辈子都在海上讨生活的张扬发誓不再踏入海洋一步。然而在女儿12岁生日之际，为了满足女儿心愿的张扬经不住好友劝说，违背誓言参与进了一场海上走私中，踏上了一艘钢铁监狱般的远洋货轮。与此同时，恐怖的意外发生了，一只从未见过的深海怪物从船上的实验室内逃脱，并凭着天生捕猎者的基因，对船上的人类展开了无情的猎杀，将所有人陷入了生存的考验。。Alice is a young woman opposed to the construction of a power-plant, an idea of her own father who is a member of the parliament.
