以国际化视野讲述中国故事，以博大精深的中华文明为底色，通过鲜活纪实、严谨解读，多维度观照山西三处世界遗产的历史文化价值，挖掘保护传承背后所蕴含的时代精神内涵。。本剧讲述海宁人士王大智来到了陌生的兰香镇，一副貌似学究的圆框眼镜，一身貌似死板的褪色长衫，读书时摇头晃脑，一副貌似老顽固的做派，却有一颗向往自由、渴望将孩子们教育成才的博大爱心。 整个故事围绕着“大智先生”跟他的学生们展开。他在教学中大胆采用新式教学法，鼓励孩子动手动脑，带孩子们去看大自然。借用《弟子规》，反省自身，教育他人，帮助孩子们追寻“百年强国梦”。。After the tremendous popular success of the Fantômas novels, both of the major French film studios — Pathé and Gaumont — vied for the rights to produce films based on the series.
